A Heartfelt Thank You to Women Who Write!

We at the Vevay Swiss Inn were deeply honored to host the Women Who Write group for their Hidden Gems Writing Retreat from October 9–11, 2026.

Located along the scenic Ohio River in Vevay, Indiana—which earned the title of USA Today's Best Small Town in the Midwest for 2026—our historic inn provided a peaceful, inspiring oasis for writers to gather, talk craft, and share their stories.

We were especially touched when a member of the group presented the Inn with a signed book featuring a wonderful handwritten note inside on October 10, 2026:

"To Allen — Thank you for housing us for our writer's retreat. We are having fun."
